Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is appreciated
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, focusing on achievable, measurable goals
  • Maintain clear documentation, progress reports, and communication with teachers and parents
  • Partner with classroom staff to adapt curriculum and techniques that support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
