Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Texas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language services
• Provide direct therapy, using evidence-based techniques to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated service delivery and optimal learning outcomes
• Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
