What Youll Bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience within a school setting preferred
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and create individualized plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to students needs
• Communicate progress and recommendations with educators, families, and other related professionals
• Provide both individual and small group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely records, documentation, and compliance with school policies
• Collaborate with intervention teams to support student IEPs and 504 plans
• Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and in-service training sessions
