Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language challenges.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Hold a valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience providing speech and language services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations to identify speech and language needs of students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy to students, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies
