Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with student IEP goals
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with IEP teams
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student needs and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for eligibility and progress decisions
  • Deliver dynamic interventions that make a measurable difference in students lives
