Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and inclusive educational practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments and screenings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with speech-language needs
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with educators to support integration of therapy into classroom activities
• Consult with teachers and families, offering resources and progress updates
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
