Desired Skills and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, active SLP license in Texas or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of IEP process and required documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and articulate recommendations for speech and language services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans focusing on students unique needs
• Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, as well as parents
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students
• Maintain all required documentation and progress reports in alignment with school and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP planning, and assist in the development of educational strategies
