Job Description

Serving a full-time caseload, youll provide assessment, intervention, and consultative services in a supportive school environment. The position emphasizes strong clinical skills and welcomes bilingual candidates, though this is not a mandatory requirement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP license (ASHA CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Previous experience in a school-based SLP role is highly desirable
  • Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and documentation skills
  • Bilingual English-Spanish abilities are an asset but not required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans addressing a range of communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language services
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive student outcomes
