Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Texas SLP License (Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) if applicable
  • Experience supporting K12 populations preferred
  • Strong aptitude for collaboration, behavior support, and mindful time management
  • Effective communicator with both students and staff
  • Successful completion of internal prescreen and reference check

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to a diverse PreK5th grade caseload
  • Complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and families to support classroom integration and student success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to positive student outcomes
  • Manage service delivery schedules and compliance documentation efficiently
