Key Qualifications:
- Active MD SLP License required
- Previous experience within a school setting is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite up to 35 hours per week
- Passion for fostering student growth and supporting diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students with speech or language disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services and interventions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support each students educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on student progress and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders
