Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools, preferably across multiple grade levels (Pre K12)
- Strong background in early childhood and elementary speech-language interventions
- Knowledge of best practices in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students from Pre K through high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Deliver direct and consultative services in group and one-on-one settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation for student progress and compliance requirements
