Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with students in early childhood, elementary, and secondary grades (Pre-K through 12)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and IEP development
• Familiarity with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs

What youll do:

• Assess and identify speech and language needs for students across Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support the IEP process by providing comprehensive reports and recommendations
• Deliver direct and consultative services to meet student goals and facilitate carryover into classroom settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
