Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Background in early childhood, Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and intervention techniques
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills for managing documentation and scheduling
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity
• Team-oriented approach with flexibility to adapt to diverse learning needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency impairments
• Design individualized and group treatment plans aligning with students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to foster positive student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and making data-driven recommendations
• Provide consultation and resources to classroom staff for successful carryover of skills
• Maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Support transitions for students moving between grade levels or programs
