Step into an impactful role supporting students communication and learning needs for the 20262027 academic year! We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC, SLP School) to provide comprehensive onsite services and assessments throughout the school year on a contract basis.
In this position, youll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering expertise directly onsite in dynamic school settings near Salinas, CA. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior SLP experience in California schools and are bilingual in Spanish. School sites and caseload assignments will be determined closer to the start date. This is a great opportunity for both local and travel professionals ready to make a difference in students lives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active California SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working as an SLP in California is strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) skills highly desired
- Ability to provide effective direct intervention and complete comprehensive assessments
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language intervention services to students
- Conduct formal and informal assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain appropriate records and progress documentation
- Adjust interventions to address individual student needs
