Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure or certification for SLP
• Experience working with children or in pediatric settings
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication and speech disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting expressive/receptive language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
