Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a contract Speech Language Pathologist working with learners ranging from elementary through high school. Desired Qualifications:

• Possession of current Virginia SLP Certification
• Experience with school-based SLP services, K-12 preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to meet the needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in elementary and K-12 settings
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to best serve student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts
