A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Salem, OR, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This onsite role offers a dynamic caseload tailored to your experience and preferences, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of student evaluations and therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid CCC credential.
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
- Ability to manage varying caseloads across K-12 grade levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
