Job Description

Make an impact as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary students for the entire 2025/26 academic year. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Oregon SLP license, or eligibility to obtain before the assignment start
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Experience with pediatrics or school-based caseloads strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to evidence-based interventions and student progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families on student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture
