Engage in meaningful work as a Speech-Language Pathologist with flexible caseload options across the PreK-12 spectrum. What you'll bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting diverse learners
- Ability to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours per week)
What you'll do:
- Provide assessments and direct intervention services for students with communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and special education staff to create and implement individualized plans
- Document student progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and support positive outcomes
- Serve a caseload of approximately 50 students, with assignments based on your strengths and preferred grade levels
- Contribute to a positive, student-focused culture while enhancing your expertise in the school setting
