Providing speech-language pathology services for a public school setting in Salem, OR, this opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals seeking a full-time, onsite contract position for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves delivering direct speech therapy support to students, covering caseloads averaging around 50 students with a focus from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services aligned with students individual education plans.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid SLP license or certification as per state requirements.
  • School-based experience preferred, with ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.

Position Details:

  • Five full-time SLP positions available.
  • 37.5 hours per week, onsite requirement.
