Essential Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire SLP license is required
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, working with children from elementary through high school
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and common pediatric disorders
• Ability to complete assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver therapy tailored to individual student needs
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, teachers, and support teams
• Commitment to supporting a diverse student population in an educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students referred for screening and assessment
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings to support students educational goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to children at various grade levels (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports to ensure compliance and monitor student growth
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and parents to integrate strategies and ensure continuity of care
• Provide guidance, resources, and support within the school community to advance student communication
