Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated Speech Language Pathologists seeking contract positions for the 2026-2027 school year near Salem, NH. These full-time onsite roles focus on supporting early elementary students in a collaborative and resource-rich environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Holds a valid NH SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with K-2 caseloads
- Familiarity with supporting students with Autism and alternative/augmentative communication (AAC) devices is highly desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner with RBTs and paraprofessionals in the classroom
Role Overview:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services onsite to a caseload of K-2 students, typically servicing 10 or fewer students
- Assess communication needs, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with classroom support staff, including RBTs and paraprofessionals, to facilitate student success
- Provide expertise in AAC and implement strategies to support students communication goals
- Engage with families and school teams to foster meaningful educational outcomes
