Your background should include:
- A Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active SLP-CCC credential.
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience, particularly with adolescent populations.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate students, identify speech and language challenges, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver direct and consultative services, tailoring interventions to each students needs.
- Monitor progress, participate in IEP meetings, and document improvements.
- Support educators with strategies for integrating communication goals into classroom activities.
