Job Description
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school semester, providing critical support to students in a dynamic educational setting. This role is perfect for licensed professionals holding Certificates of Clinical Competence (CCC) and state licensure in New Hampshire who are ready to apply their expertise in a collaborative school environment.
Location: Salem, NH
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM
Contract Duration: January 26, 2026 June 19, 2026 (contingent upon snow days)
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, faculty, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participating in faculty and department meetings, held twice monthly on Wednesdays
- Maintaining detailed documentation and compliance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
