Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Pediatric experience, particularly in educational or healthcare settings
• Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for elementary-age students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5th grade students
• Develop, execute, and monitor targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to set progress goals and document outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, timely documentation
• Deliver services on site and/or via teletherapy as needed
