Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Pediatric experience, particularly in educational or healthcare settings
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for elementary-age students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, families, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5th grade students
- Develop, execute, and monitor targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to set progress goals and document outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, timely documentation
- Deliver services on site and/or via teletherapy as needed
