Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children is strongly desired
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational goals is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the special education team in service delivery
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in small groups
