Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs may also be considered
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs
  • Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills

In This Role, You Will:

  • Assess students' speech and language abilities using formal and informal tools
  • Develop personalized goals and document progress in accordance with IEPs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both individually and in groups
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication needs
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with state, district, and professional standards
