Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY accepted)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
- Team-oriented attitude with a passion for fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
