Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY accepted)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
• Team-oriented attitude with a passion for fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
