Qualifications:
- Current Florida SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued
- Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices considered a plus
- Availability for full-time contract engagement
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students needs
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services, both in-person and virtually when required
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication outcomes
- Document students progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and caregivers to support student success
