Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly valued
  • Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices considered a plus
  • Availability for full-time contract engagement

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students needs
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services, both in-person and virtually when required
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication outcomes
  • Document students progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff and caregivers to support student success
