Key Qualifications:

• Valid IL SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Familiarity with district or state-specific requirements (such as PEL or relevant certifications)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
