Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist licensure required
  • CCC-SLP highly preferred
  • Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IEP management and therapy scheduling
  • Familiarity with Minnesota educational and compliance standards ideal
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and manage elementary or secondary caseloads

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy, student evaluations, and ongoing school-based speech services
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 25 students (service load up to 45)
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and ensure IEP compliance
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families
  • Deliver coverage across two key assignment periods (late spring and early fall)
