Job Description

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services for students in a K-12 school setting near North St. Paul, MN, with opportunities for travel. This full-time role requires a Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license and offers the chance to impact a diverse caseload of students throughout the school year, beginning October 30th.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports consistent with school and state guidelines
  • Provide direct therapy to students across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota SLP License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as part of assignment requirements

Position is based near North St. Paul, MN, with travel opportunities to nearby schools as needed.
