Working within diverse school settings across all grade levels (K-12), youll grow professionally by collaborating with a variety of educational teams and learning from different leadership styles. Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license
- Prior professional experience in a school environment
- Commitment to engaging with a K-12 caseload and onsite service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted direct and consultative speech/language therapy for K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and engage in ongoing progress monitoring
- Deliver services for the current and upcoming school years, up to 35-40 hours per week

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.75 to $88.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
