Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school contract in Mahtomedi, Minnesota. This school-based SLP opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to support students through speech therapy, evaluations, and IEP collaboration.
The selected candidate will provide long-term substitute coverage from September 2026 through December 1, 2026 while managing a speech-focused caseload in a supportive educational environment.
Position Overview

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Weekly Hours: 37.5
School Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Assignment Dates: September 2026 December 1, 2026
Approximate Speech Caseload: 25 students
Approximate Service Load: 45 students
SLP Duties
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services
Complete evaluations and assessments
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
Ensure compliance with school and state documentation requirements
Monitor student progress and maintain service records
Qualifications
Active SLP License required
Ability to work effectively within a school team
Prior school-based experience is a plus
