Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota SLP licensure required.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.
• Background working with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and other service providers.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify communication needs among students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeted to student goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students across various grade levels.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills.
• Document progress and maintain thorough records as per school and state requirements.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning.
