Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Previous experience in school settings is highly preferred, across various age groups
• Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
• Familiarity with current best practices and assessment tools in speech therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans targeting students unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress documentation in line with school guidelines
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within the school environment
• Support staff and families with resources and strategies to reinforce language development
