Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and service delivery for K-12 students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals that align with students IEPs
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student growth
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with school staff
