Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students communication and learning journeys near Saint Paul, MN. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers you the chance to make a positive impact by providing leave coverage for an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) SLP from now through June 4, 2026. There may also be some opportunities for summer evaluations.

Desired Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP license (required for onsite positions)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience welcomed
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Passion for supporting early childhood development and student achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Offer expert guidance to parents, teachers, and staff regarding communication development
- Possibly conduct summer evaluations as needed
