Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure for practice as an SLP in schools
- Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Commitment to fostering student engagement and progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and deliver targeted therapy sessions based on IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for team-based planning
- Manage a .5 FTE caseload (approximately 18 hours per week within a 37.5-hour schedule)
- Provide direct onsite services as required by the district

- Contract position running March 9, 2026 June 5, 2026
- Monday Friday schedule with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break
