Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for practice as an SLP in schools
• Experience working with middle school-aged students preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering student engagement and progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and deliver targeted therapy sessions based on IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for team-based planning
• Manage a .5 FTE caseload (approximately 18 hours per week within a 37.5-hour schedule)
• Provide direct onsite services as required by the district

Additional Information:

• Contract position running March 9, 2026 June 5, 2026
• Monday Friday schedule with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break
