Make a meaningful impact supporting students communication development in a school setting near Saint Paul, MN! This contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators and work directly with students across multiple sites as you provide essential Speech-Language Pathology services.

In this position, you will partner with school teams to cover multiple leaves through the end of the school year. As an on-site SLP, youll be able to utilize your skills in assessment and therapy to help students reach their full potential.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Minnesota SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience providing SLP services in school settings
• Strong collaborative skills and adaptability
• Ability to travel between school sites within the district

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students on a diverse itinerant caseload
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Document progress and update records following district guidelines
• Adapt and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Support students in achieving communication goals, both individually and in group settings
