Job Description

Two Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions are available for contract roles in Saint Paul, MN, supporting elementary school students. These onsite roles focus on delivering specialized speech and language services to diverse learners, including those with developmental cognitive disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, within general education and center-based programs.

Positions and Duration:

  • Position 1: Immediate start through April 8, 2026
  • Position 2: February 1 to May 1, with potential extension to cover the end of the school year at one or both sites

Work Schedule:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Services provided within a typical elementary school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads of approximately 50 students per site, addressing language and articulation needs among other speech-language therapy goals
  • Provide support in schools employing SpedForms for IEP documentation
  • Deliver services across disability areas, coordinating with educators and other professionals to support student progress

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Experience working in school settings and with pediatric populations, specifically elementary-aged children
  • Familiarity with IEP systems, ideally SpedForms
  • Skills in teletherapy are beneficial, though this is an onsite role
  • Credentialed with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
