Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to staff and families
- Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
- Educate teachers and parents about strategies for supporting language development in the classroom and at home
- Stay current with best practices and continue professional development
