Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants welcome
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to staff and families
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
• Educate teachers and parents about strategies for supporting language development in the classroom and at home
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development
