Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Florida
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Write clear and concise progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape students educational plans
• Offer guidance and resources to classroom teachers to facilitate language and communication development
