Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current, valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including diverse populations and needs
  • Solid understanding of IEP development and documentation
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Skilled in both assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings
  • Monitor and document student progress; adapt strategies as necessary
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development as required
