Qualifications:
- Active MI SLP license required
- SLP-CCC credential preferred
- Previous experience in school settings strongly desired
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech/language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students (K-12)
- Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Consult with teachers and staff to support inclusive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
