Qualifications:

  • Active MI SLP license required
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings strongly desired
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech/language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students (K-12)
  • Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support inclusive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
