Job Description

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a dynamic K-12 school environment serving diverse student needs across multiple locations in the St. Louis, MO area. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to support students ranging from elementary through high school, including self-contained settings and those utilizing AAC devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students at Bernard Middle School, Riverview Elementary, Southview School, and additional assigned sites according to caseload requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each student's communication needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and comply with Missouri state regulations and ASHA standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Missouri state license to practice as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Experience working with K-12 school-aged children is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently across multiple school sites, including experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is a plus.

Location: Positions are available across several schools in the St. Louis, MO area, serving a wide range of student populations from elementary through high school, including specialized self-contained classrooms.

Additional Details:

  • Contract duration: Immediate start through June 3, 2026.
  • Full-time schedule, approximately 37.5 hours per week.
  • On-site work required.
