Qualifications & Background:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds an active state license (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students referred for speech and language services
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to meet IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and specialized staff to support holistic student development
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and professional development activities
