Qualifications & Background:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds an active state license (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students referred for speech and language services
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students unique needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to meet IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and specialized staff to support holistic student development
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and professional development activities
