Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current State of Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and communication with stakeholders
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and parents to generalize skills across settings
