Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Experience or ability to work in a school-based environment with diverse student populations
• Knowledge of current best practices in assessment, therapy, and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptable and organized with a passion for fostering student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to teachers and parents
• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and administrators to develop effective strategies for student success
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
