A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school serving grades K-5 in Saginaw, MI. This in-person, contract position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners communication skills for the remainder of the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services and student outcomes
- Participate in conferences, staff meetings, and professional development as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification or license
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (K-5) preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a school setting
