Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Michigan
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA-CCC) required
• Experience working with diverse age groups including early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and execute tailored therapy plans to meet students individual needs
• Collaborate seamlessly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to overall student success planning
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions within school environments
