Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a must-have
• Experience working in educational settings with a variety of age groups (early childhood through high school) preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy and strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students from early childhood through high school
• Conduct assessments to determine students' abilities and needs, writing impactful IEP goals and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Offer guidance on communication strategies and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Take part in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory standards
