Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to strong Clinical Fellows
  • Experience working in school settings is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate, organized, and committed to helping children achieve measurable progress

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to a diverse school-age population
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized intervention plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to teams regarding speech/language goals and student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and communications with parents and staff
  • Engage and communicate effectively with families, teachers, and administrators to foster student success
  • Provide guidance to educators and staff on implementing communication strategies in the classroom

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $95.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
