Job Description

Deliver impactful speech-language therapy services as you collaborate with students ranging from Pre-K to Grade 12. Applicants should be confident in their knowledge of pediatric speech-language pathology and comfortable working with diverse age groups, from the youngest early childhood learners through high school seniors. Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs also considered
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students in Pre-K through 12th grade
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document and track student progress with clarity and accuracy
  • Deliver therapy in individual, small group, and classroom settings
  • Consult regularly with classroom teachers and support staff to generalize skills
  • Communicate progress and recommendations with families
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines governing school-based services
