Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• School-based SLP experience, with a focus on pediatric and early childhood populations strongly preferred
• Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Compassionate communication skills for engaging with students, teachers, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students across grades Pre-K12

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students communication abilities and create tailored intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services for students in pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Document evaluation results, progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support students academic success
• Provide consultation and resources to families to foster continued growth outside of the classroom
