Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in the state of California
• Proven experience working with pediatric populations
• Competency in delivering speech and language therapy to students at all educational levels (Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school)
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and school staff
• Adaptability and creativity in managing a diverse caseload
• Previous school-based experience is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and intervention services to students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families for comprehensive care
• Track student progress and update goals as needed
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the team-based planning process
• Offer education and support to families and staff regarding speech and language development
