Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be on track to earn your CFY
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
- Comfortable with hybrid or teletherapy service delivery models
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students in group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, psychologists, and family members
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights for student success
- Utilize technology and remote therapy platforms when appropriate to reach students
