Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or be on track to earn your CFY
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desirable
• Comfortable with hybrid or teletherapy service delivery models
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services for students in group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, psychologists, and family members
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
• Engage in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights for student success
• Utilize technology and remote therapy platforms when appropriate to reach students
