Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and service delivery within a school environment
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaboration with educational staff
  • Flexibility and cultural competency to serve diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with a range of communication needs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized goals
  • Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Educate and consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals on communicative disorders
  • Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Participate actively in professional development and team meetings
