Located near Little Falls, MN, this full-time, contract opportunity welcomes both SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence as well as Clinical Fellows ready to gain invaluable school-based experience. Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Department of Education Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and service delivery within a school environment
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaboration with educational staff
- Flexibility and cultural competency to serve diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized goals
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Educate and consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals on communicative disorders
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Participate actively in professional development and team meetings
