Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Massachusetts state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Previous school-based professional SLP experience required.
- Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply; monolingual SLPs also considered.
- Comfortable with K-12 caseloads and flexible to diverse student needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with culturally diverse student populations.
