Job Description

Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for students in K-12
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and targeted interventions in collaboration with educators and families
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, adapting approaches for varied learning styles and needs
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress, updating plans as necessary
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
  • Offer guidance to school staff and families on best communication and language practices
